Phase 3 โ Foundation Active is the key threshold. At least 50% of your core habits across all four categories are done. The evidence says this is a genuinely good day for your brain.
Secondary and bonus habits deepen each category further โ they do not change your brain phase. The phase is driven purely by your core habits.
